Random Requests

Random Requests are random quests that pop up on the square in front of City Hall, being offered from different NPCs.

Those requests offer a variety of exchanges between different Resources, Population, and Hero or Lord EXP.

Before accepting, players should ensure they are really able to receive the reward. I.e., it would be pointless to trade something for +Population, when the city is already at its limit.
